Here is some information on how we post and bet football…

First you want to check throughout the week starting on Monday morning for what we call “early beat the line move” plays…These lines are recorded and are used for our record keeping purposes, so if a line moves during the week we will record the result based on the line we post as an “early beat the line move” play.

All other results are recorded based on the closing lines at “ScoresandOdds.com”. This is the only fair way to keep our records as this is a composite line of all books, and everyone will have different lines based on the book they use and when they placed their bet.

We will try and post early Saturday or Sunday plays on Friday or Saturday night. This is not always going to be available to us but you will see a lot of posting the night before game day especially in college plays. All plays will be posted as early as possible, but we will not post until we have received all injury and weather updates. We will always post at least one hour before game time.

We Always..Always..Always recommend you buy a 1/2 point up or down when the line is sitting on or 1/2 point off a key number…this is not necessary when the line is 22 or more…Our key numbers are 3, 6, 7, 10, 13, 14, 17, 21..

We rate all plays with 1 to 5 Diamonds…With a 5 Diamond play being the strongest down to the 1 Diamond play being a regular play. How you adjust your bets based on the Diamonds is entirely up to you, but we will record our results as units won or lost based on one unit per diamond play.

When posting a teaser play, we will designate in our posting whether it is a 3, 4, 6 or 7 point teaser…Here you must be cautious, and be aware of the key numbers. When we post we are taking the key numbers into consideration when we determine what point teaser we want to play, but your line may vary from what we have posted. The teaser payout amount will be posted based on the teaser payout schedule at BoDog Sportsbook

We will also post parlay’s, and moneyline line plays…Parlay’s will be clearly indicated with the word PARLAY directly before the play..once again for our record keeping purposes, the posted expected payout will be based on the parlay payout chart at BoDog Sportsbook

It is important that you take a minute and check the member selection page at least once a day, and at least one hour before the start of the morning, afternoon and late games. We may have additional plays, change the rating on a play, or suggest you “buy back” a play based late information.
